My family stayed there and i got to meet the GM Jaimille Leavitt she s very spunky and kind. It warmed my heart to see a manager care so much not only about the hotel but the workers also. That woman deserves a raise!! Thank you for everything.

I have stayed at this Hampton twice. Once a few years ago when I arrived not feeling well at two in the afternoon. Way before Covid. The front desk quickly got me into an upgraded suite and just could not have been nicer. I so appreciated them.
This trip we had a ground floor suite that was clean and well appointed. My husband, son and myself all very much enjoyed it. They had an excellent breakfast and it was kept well stocked and very clean.
I took my iPad to breakfast with me and left it there! I didn’t realize it until we were at our hotel 10 hrs away. I called and was told to call manager in am. Cristina Kingsley the manager could not have been nicer, she well wrapped and sent my iPad out that day and I paid the upgraded second day air and it arrived in good shape. I am so thankful for the efficient, honest people who work here and will make this my Springfield hotel!

Some customer service training for 1 front desk person would have improved my stay immensely. The toilet wasn't working properly & there were no maintenance people available. I fixed the toilet issue myself.
