They had everything we needed. Enjoyed the indoor pool area. The continental breakfast was sufficient. If we needed anything such as toothpaste, they had some. I liked the confirmation emails and the electronic checkout was easy. The plants are gorgeous!

This was not the worst hotel we've ever stayed but definitely not the best. I almost feel like it was bait and switch advertising because the rooms don't look like the pictures on the website. Let me start with the pros: the towels and linens were clean, the staff was very friendly, the room temperature was comfortable, the water was hot. The cons: the mattress needs to be replaced as it was a little soft and lumpy, we didn't have any conditioner, there were too many security handles in the bathtub so you felt very squished (you can move the bath seat out of the way so that was good), the tub shower was a poor set up and the spigot for the tub water is coming out of the wall, the water pressure was bad, we couldn't figure out how to turn on and off the light strip above the bed and I'm light sensitive when I sleep (we're not sure how we got it on but we did finally figure out how to turn it off about halfway through the night). Overall the room was clean but I was very disappointed with it compared to other stays in other places.

The description says ‘modern’ but this hotel is very dated and spread out. I understand it is a convention center, but there are many odd levels and corridors between buildings. On a positive note, it is off the road a bit, so there was no traffic noise, just hallway and other room noise.
