Best location centered in the heart of Springfield, MO. Easy to make it to hospital, restaurants and shopping. Staff is the best! Family oriented. Neighborhood is SAFE. Clean and conveniently situated. Breakfast is served fresh every day.
The staff here is friendly and helpful. Beds are firm but not hard & uncomfortable. We did have a room with a sofa bed and it had a bent frame. It took some work to get it to open correctly. Breakfast was good and the ladies servicing that area were polite and helpful.
Extremely rude front desk agent. She was pregnant so I don't know if she was hormonal or not but she lied to her manager about our exchange and that is not acceptable. The hotel is going to lose a lot of business if she continues to treat guests in this manner.
Nice Place. Staff was great! Room was clean. the beds were comfortable. It was a nice Stay. would definitely come back.

This LaQuinta is very close to Bass Pro Shops and eating establishments. The staff is top-notch and it is extremely clean and comfortable.
