I've stayed in a lot of nice places traveling, having to travel a lot for work and medical issues. I prefer to stay in an Embassy Suites but sadly Springfield Missouri doesn't have one. I was looking for somewhere comparable in the area and decided to give this hotel a try, despite the 2 star review on some websites. I was SO glad I did! From the second I walked in, the gentleman at the front desk was so inviting and kind. Every single front desk employee, maid, food service employee and every employee in between was so gracious and helpful. Anything I didn't come prepared with, they kindly supplied. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and spotless. My queen size bed was so comfortable! The breakfast was also fresh, delicious, and well stocked.
I will definitely be staying again soon!

First of all.... the staff was so friendly and helpful. I mean, everyone that we came in contact with. The hotel was very clean, from the outside in. Our room was very nice, with comfortable beds, soft sheets and lots of comfy pillows. The air conditioner works GREAT, which I have to mention because I have experienced limits on this at other hotels. Honestly, I was surprised at how spotless the bathroom was as my expectations in general have been lowered lately due to some other hotel chains where I have stayed. I appreciated the multiple towels that they provided. My husband and I didn't have to wrestle for towels. To top everything off, the breakfast was yummy with fresh fruit AND hot food. Yes, not the prepackaged stuff (although they offer this if you are in a hurry), but fresh hot food that you put on a plate. We really appreciated the effort that the staff has put in to make this hotel so nice.

Went to the wrong location. So glad we drove 20 minutes back the way we had driven. The lobby has that fresh cleaned smell. Desk staff was excellent and room has so much space and storage. JD’s was recommended for dinner. Short walk over. 100% stay here!!
