We stayed for 2 nights while in town for a conference. The inside of the hotel is beautiful with plenty of room for sitting and relaxing in the giant atrium. We arrived a little earlier than check-in but the front desk rep, Chris, was very accommodating. They'd had 200+ guests check out that morning so housekeeping was busy! But it wasn't 5 minutes after we arrived that he informed us our room was ready! He was super-friendly & helpful! We were given a "poolside" room but the pool had already been drained for the season (which was fine with us...we wouldn't have necessarily enjoyed being by the pool during pool season!). The room/suite was clean and very spacious with a king-size bed, a couch, chair, and small table but still plenty of room to walk around. Our room did come with a mini fridge, which was an unexpected bonus! The curtains were a little frayed and one panel was missing on the blackout curtains. As a general rule, hotels need more outlets by the bed! There was a 6-outlet adapter but it was located on the other side of the room; not very handy if you want to charge devices by the bed overnight. Thankfully, we always travel with an extension cord for such scenarios! Despite being on the ground level and right next to the elevator, the hotel was pretty quiet. Only the occasional sounds of suitcase wheels on the floor as people exited the elevator. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
