Great service, clean rooms, comfy beds, great price.
We were treated with great respect!! We experienced no problems. We were given great advice, on dining, best the hotel.
My family and I will definitely stay here again!!!

I had the pleasure of staying in several different rooms over the course of several weeks. The best part about the place is the awesome staff. Jessie, Vicky, and Lance to name a few, were so very friendly and helpful. The rooms were basically clean, the only real complaint i had was the shower, their shower heads are awful. It could use a more thorough cleaning, but all in all it was nice and comfortable.

Right from walking in the front door, the staff was friendly, responsive, and willing to help. The room was very clean and comfortable. It made to a great stay. Booking, check-in, and check-out were all hassle free. Great place to stay.

We spent Valentines weekend here and it was delightful. Even though they were short staffed the people there were very helpful and nice. The room was clean, water pressure great, we got plates from the front desk and had a nice midnight dinner. Love that they request quiet hours. We will stay there again

The staff are great, they really made me feel welcome and comfortable. Lori. Vicki, Jesse, Hannah, Bresha, Victoria....EVERYONE made us feel like family! We will definitely stay with them every time we visit!
Large clean room, the bed was amazingly comfortable. We were provided all the essentials for our stay with them.
Highly reccomend!

I always stay with these great folks whenever I travel to Springfield ( and other locations). The kitchen saves me money. the staff is always willing and available to help.
We love this place like home.
Room tip: All rooms are great and open to the inside for security plus they have an elevator.
