Stayed there for 3 nights and we were glad we did. Thanks for good road system, inn is only minutes from just about anywhere in Springfield. Room was fine. Housekeeping (which we didn't use) was attentive and efficient with other rooms without being intrusive. Breakfast: Management responded to pandemic by replacing limited self-serve breakfast with a lady who made & served limited menu. Other amenities: Spouse liked pool and loved spa. I valued being able to use the Fitness Center very much.

They did say upfront don't expect much for breakfast. Had coffee. Rates though were reduced. Room was typical Comfort inn style which was good. Service was limited due to virus few help no kitchen at all

I want to say that Jen who checked me in at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. She gave me some bottles of water after I had been traveling for over 12 hours. The room was very clean and nice. I just stopped her on my way home. Due to COVID 19 I didn't get to experience any other amenities of the hotel. Everything looked great in the lobby area. I loved having a room on the 1st floor. The bed and pillows were amazing. I did enjoy having a fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room since I didn't want to go out to have the potential of being exposed to anyone. The only thing that would have been nice was that the vending machine which had some meal choices was working.
