Had the misfortune of finding this place the only restaurant open in Big Sky this past Saturday night while in the area to run 'The Rut' mountain running races. Waited an inordinate amount of time to be noticed as coming in - only one waitress working - and were finally seated. The entire process of ordering was slow due to our sweet, but overworked waitress. Then, the kicker was that after about 30 minutes of waiting, she returned to our table informing us that the two orders of mac 'n' cheese could not be done due to them running out of pasta. I mean, did they not know that from the 'get go?' Due to the whole dining experience 'going South,' I got up to speak with the manager to inform him of our displeasure, hoping to get some kind of satisfaction on our tab at the end of the evening. I could not have been more offput by this cad's demeanor - a complete lack of customer service. He was not the least bit concerned about my complaints, and basically told me "I'm not doing anything for you." To boot, we saw him drinking on the job later, swilling a bottle of beer right up at the bar. He was one of the biggest dolts I have ever ran across - a tactless, crass, boor of a man.
