My husband uncle use to leave in Trout Creek. His uncle use to take him here to eat so we stop in to have lunch. Waitress was very nice. Food was good.

Trout Creek, Montana is a very small community on Hwy. 200 in western Montana.
The building is a little dated, but presentable still. We wanted a bite of lunch so stopped in. There were very few customers there since it was after 1 p.m. when we stopped in. We were served promptly. The soup was fine and sandwiches were about what we expected. Nothing really to say that was above average.

The food was very good and the waiter was attentive. After all, it's more of a pub than a fancy restaurant. Great price.

This restaurant was once a favorite 'go to ' for local families and frequent vacationers. Over the last four years it has had several owners - and experiences a steady decline in both food quality and level of service. After our recent visit - first in a year - like most locals- we're not headed back anytime soon.

Had heard good things, so tried it out. Had their CodFather sandwich and it was quite delicious along with their fries.
