Stayed in the cabins there. They were clean and shower was good. The amenities were clean. They were packing up for the wet season so the bar was closed.

It takes a seasoned driver to back the boats down to the river and if you need 2 lanes this is not the ramp for you.

Shane and Margie were excellent hosts and looked after us.

Will come back again.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Large camp kitchen nice cabins including a family room, and a nice swimming pool. Located on the picturesque Daly River, fantastic barramundi fishing, crocodile spotting and beautiful wildlife.

What a great little getaway on a working mango farm! We stayed for 2 nights in the family cabin. Room had A/C, BBQ outside, small fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster - great for self catering. Dining table and chairs in the room, beds were very generous and comfortable. Highly recommend this place for a family friendly getaway.

Inviting pool and awesome communal kitchen for those camping. Laundry facilities available and ablution block very clean, tidy and roomy. Access to the river and pontoon to tie the boat up to was perfect.

Amazed at how the place has recovered since the flood at Christmas and very little evidence of the significant damage the park would have received. Beautiful shaded area ideal for kids to ride bikes and play. Thank you to our hosts Margie, Shane and Leigh.

Room Tip: Family Cabin/Cabin is right on the river with gorgeous views.

Great place to stay to enjoy wildlife and countryside of northern territories. Dick and carol perry and their staff are taking excellent care of their guests who can relax and enjoy watching the wallabies jumping around or crocs swimmung just under us in daly river. Swimming is therefore only possible in the pleasant pool surronded by palm trees and lots of other trees and bushes.

This is a really friendly and slightly quirky caravan park overlooking the mighty Daly River. It has nice shaded camp sites and a few cabins and is surrounded by mature mango trees. At certain times of the year it is packed with fishermen chasing barramundi, but for most of the dry season it is a nice mix of NT locals and grey nomads.
Mango Farm was completely underwater during the Xmas 2015 floods, but there is little evidence of that.

Whilst the infrastructure is a bit old and the place could do with some investment, the management work very hard and keep it spotless. They are also very helpful and friendly which is not always guaranteed in the outback.

It is about 220km from Darwin via a very good sealed road, but we drove down from Darwin via the Reynolds River 4X4 track that goes through Litchfield NP. The Reynolds Track is a great drive if you have 4X4 and takes about 2-3hrs. There are a few small river crossings, but nothing too dramatic. Great range of landscapes along the track.

A tip for once you get to Mango Farm is to have a few beers in the early evening overlooking the river and you will most likely glimpse a fairly large crocodile or two.

Room Tip: We camped, so can't comment on the cabins.
