Had a great stay! Lots of things to do even with covid. Customer service was awesome. It is further from the strip but nice walking shoes are good. Like how it is connected to Mandalay Bay and Exlibur hotel. Very spacious rooms. Would stay here again!

Dirty bedding in hotel room, t.v. did not work the whole entire stay and housekeeping never came to clean the room the following day and never came to bring fresh new towels. Overall it was a bad experience staying there, was hoping they would give us hotel resort credit to make it up with dinner and some drinks or either one but that never happened at all.
It is the only resort I have found on the strip that has a large soaking tub and separate shower available at a very low nightly rate (we only paid a little over $100 for our two night stay mid-week). I also love the giant full-wall windows and good housekeeping service offered here. I only refrain from giving the resort a 9 or a 10 simply because of the Luxor's far proximity from many other resorts being at the end of the strip, and the long (cold) walk from the parking garage across the bridge to the casino entrance, and the fact that their food court is slightly lacking options in my opinion. But for the price you pay, this is a good resort and feels clean and a little "glamorous" (something it's slightly cheaper neighbor, Excalibur, lacks in my opinion).
Vacation in Vegas for my daughter's wedding. Had a fantastic week. Even though we didn't get to see the show's, it was a relaxing atmosphere. Also recommend Public House restaurant... Rack of ribs was EXCELLENT!
The rooms were filthy. Check in staff was not friendly. The bell man was very rude even after a tip. There was a lack of security. The mattresses were comfortable but all other areas were lacking. I was told the rooms had been refinished but floors were stained, heater broke in the room, was very dirty. Wont be back to this property in the future.

Called multiple time front office to change rooms. Room was dirty and bathroom needed to be clean again. I had to clean the bathroom twice just to remove a smell. I called and went down multiple times.
