An older, but well-maintained property. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were heated and very enjoyable in the evening. Good Wifi, easy parking, close to many great restaurants (walking distance). Breakfast was pretty typical - staff was very helpful. I would gladly stay here again.

Room tip: Get a room on the poolside of the building. A bit quieter.

Every staff encounter was nothing short stellar! From housekeeping to front desk to the manager. Manager runs a tight ship! Exterior was clean, room was clean, staff was super friendly! Overall great stay!

Good accommodations, very good internet ( fast ) . Good breakfast. Check out was also quick and hassle free. There was one bad incident though not fault of the hotel or it’s employees , at 5 am the fire alarm went off and l had to leave the room and go outside.but it showed that the hotel has a security system, which is good

We were there to get sleep along our trip. Fire alarm went off at 5 am. As we stood in the cold, there was no communication from the staff. When the alarm finally stopped, again nothing from the staff to tell us it was safe to go back in. At check out, when asked for something to compensate for our inconvenience, the response was nothing (but points if we were members, which we will not never consider).

Thank you for taking the time to post a review of our hotel in Red Rock, RickLawr. We are glad the fire alarm alerted guests to a potential emergency in our hotel. However, our guests were patient and allowed re-entry when the fire department gave us an "All Clear." The minor incident was dealt with quickly, and thank goodness, we did not need to help guests relocate.
We hope you will return to enjoy a worry-free experience with us in the future!

This is an older property in need of upgrades to the rooms. Out of date furnishings, and wear and tear is obvious. The worst issue is the noise transmission between floors due to lack of adequate insulation.
