Would have given 5 stars despite cosmetic issues in room had the bed not been broken down. The bed was a huge disappointment. The rest of the furniture was comfortable. Service was good. Like the room lay out.

It was clean, easy on off freeway, close to restaurants and gas stations. Breakfast was served on time and there was plenty to choose from. Parking was plenty, the front desk staff were friendly and competent.

Bad bad service. Attitude problem. So bad. Not willing to help at all. Not sure if she hates her job. She just have soo much attitude. Just a simple question the front desk rolll her eyes as I am not too paying for the room. Don’t work for customer service if you don’t like to help people. Not sure how management train your people. Do they know that customer pay their bill?? And the hotel is old nothing special.

The staff is always professional and pleasant. The staff actually cares. Rooms are clean and inviting. Entire hotel is clean. Breakfast is hot and good. Great value fir your money. Only hotels I stay at.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had the staff is nice but this hotel is in disrepair and has sewage problems and heating problems. I had to switch rooms three times to find one that still had a sewage smell. Something should be done about this hotel I am not one to say anything unless there is a serious problem

I am disappointed to read you comments. We checked the rooms your reservation indicates you checked and found no sewage or other smell in them. However please accept my apology as we do our best to provide our guests with a pleasant experience.
