From the minute we checked in, until our departure their service was outstanding, and the beds were amazing!

We booked Four Seasons through LowCostUSA and it cost us £900 for double queen room for 7 nights inc taxes - Best Price found for this hotel - WELL WORTH THE MONEY!
We arrived at the hotel and straight away the staff we very attentive. We walked into the gorgeous hotel and it was so peaceful. No queues at all to check in - unlike the rest of the hotels in Las Vegas.
We then took the private lift to the 35th floor, no stopping at all the floors.
Our room was a perfect size, two queen beds, desk, chair, tv, 2 wardrobes, coffee maker etc. Bathroom also was perfect size with a tub and shower and seperate toilet. Can I just say that the beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in,in my life! The maid service is great too, they ask on check in when you would like them to come clean but our cleaner also came to our door and asked. This was good because we had changed our minds. They also came on an evening and left us several gifts like cupcakes and strawberries with melted chocolate! We were unsure about the tipping situation but with the maid i tipped at the end of the week -its a personal choice.
Room view was of the pool and the mountains, helicopters flew past but very quiet.
Pool was perfect. We stayed on the loungers near the bar which got alot of sun all day round. Staff were never too far away if you needed them but far enough not to bother you all the time. They came around with the Evian spritz and frozen fruit/chocolate which was a lovely surprise. Pool food - excellent. I recomend the burger and also the nachos-very filling, my brother had the seared tuna salad which he loved! Easy access to the Mandalay Bay pool, we never went through as the Four Seasons was just too perfect.
Verranda-went here once for happy hour. Was very calm and relaxing and the drinks were good too $5 and were very strong.
The private lift also takes you to the casino floor. This is where you access Mandalay Bay. As soon as you step into here you really feel the difference.
We did spend a lot of time in the Mandalay bay casino, had a great enviroment but we were happy at the end of the night to take our private lift up to the room.
Car parking - We used the self car park at the Mandalay Bay and only used the valet at Four Seasons through the day. This is because at the Four Seasons you can valet your car as many times as you want throughout the day but if you keep overnight you get charged $22. It is only a 5minute walk from Four Seasons to self car park. Also everytime you collect your car from Four Seasons valet they provide you with bottled water.
Conseige - Anything you need advice with or help they supply. I needed directions to Red Rock canyon they provided, directions to Hoover Dam they provided, tickets for a helicopter ride to Grand canyon they called booked and organised. Brilliant service!
I would always recommend this hotel as I wouldnt change anything about it even the car parking situation.
Ten out of ten for everything.
Great holiday great hotel.
Stayed here for a conference held at Four Seasons. Accomodating, spotless, luxurious (but not over-the-top), staff very helpful at all times and with a smile. No casino, but Madalay Bay is connected and less than five minute walk. Location at very end of strip (near airport) not great if you want access to the other hotels on the strip. Would stay again and recommend without hestiation, though I cannot comment on value since trip was on company dime and at conference room rates.
All levels of staff could not have been nicer. Most important- the room was very very clean. We did not tell the staff that it was my birthday but housekeeping saw wrapping paper in our trash and when we got in late that night, there was a chocolate cake complete with plates, silverware and napkins with a very nice birthday card waiting for me on the desk. From the personal attention at the pool (which was quiet and wonderful) to valet making sure that we had cold bottles of water waiting for us in the car every time we called for it, I could not be happier with our hotel choice. From now on my family and I will only stay at the Four Seasons when visiting the great Las Vegas!!!
Checked in easily & quickly, very quiet in reception, indeed quiet and relaxed throughout the hotel. Reasonable size room, very comfortable bed. Keurig coffee maker, desk and comfy chair. Bathroom has bath and a separate shower, good mirror and a hair drier is provided. Maid service is very high quality every day, I felt guilty messing up their work every day.
It's not until you leave the Four Seasons into the Mandalay and the smoke, smell and crowds of the casino, that you really appreciate the serenity that the Four seasons offers. There is no greater contrast to the rest of the fantasy that is Las Vegas.
On the food front the weekend buffet is excellent, but so were the other meals we had. Pool service food is similarly very good. Plenty of towels to lie on and dry off with, water heated so pleasant to swim in if the bigger Mandalay is too cold. Suncream available in dispensers if you forget yours, as we did.
Vegas is great but we did travel outside to Red Rock Canyon which is true wide open cowboy country and great vale at $7 for a car, Hoover dam and the new bridge are great constructions, Grand Canyon South ridge is difficult to appreciate.
Four seasons staff are only too willing to help on pretty much anything, including tracking down lost and found. They are efficient, helpful and friendly but not obsequious
The only downside is that you are quite far from the centre of the strip so we took perhaps more taxis than expected but if you want peace and quiet in the whole hotel (for example The Bellagio reception is like a busy airport) and not just your room this is the place to be.
Overall it was a great stay in a lovely hotel.
Stayed here for a trade show at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. This property was super-upscale, but not too upscale for the regular traveler. I showed up in jeans and a sweatshirt, and it was still the same service that the people in suits got! Check-in was good, was able to be upgraded to a suite (which was great!) The restaurants were nice, and the whole area was nice and quiet because of its seclusion from the Mandalay Bay. If you wanted the casino, it was right through the door, but if you wanted the peace and quiet, you had it on the 4 Seasons side. Lots of free amenities including wi-fi, slippers, and shoe cleaning service. great views, and top notch service. Got a great rate through a hotel booking company, so it was a great value, not sure if it is worth the normal rack rates, but if you can get a good rate, this trumps the Mandalay Bay anyday!
