Authentic BBQ place in the right setting. The burnt ends as well as the rib tips are unique, awesome, and not to be passed up. Service is excellent and helpful. Easy parking and access for large groups. Potato salad with bacon is the best side. Coleslaw or the beans are forgettable.

After visiting Texas in July and experiencing a disappointment at one of their "local" bbq restaurants, I decided to see what Vegas has to offer. Rollin Smoke was awesome. Food was great. The restaurant is located in an industrial part of Vegas off the strip. But well worth the trip. The place was packed with all sorts of people. Tourists, workers in suits, construction gear, etc. I will definately eat there again.

The decor is really interesting and definitely sets up a BBQ theme. Lots of beer choices including local craft beers. Beer is served ice cold whether it's from the tap or can. Had Baby Back ribs - nicely done and tasty but quite large for baby backs?? This will be a hopping place in warmer weather.

The BBQ was amazing, and the cook downstairs (sorry but i cant remember your name) was super friendly (and an unbelievable cook/chef/pitmaster)
The service upstairs however, was poor.
Three staff working, all way too interested in their phones rather than their patrons.
In particular, the young lady with the hair in little buns really let the place down.
Young guy at the bar obviously noticed our discontent and gave us some free sodas which was nice.
Would go.back for the food and to say hi to the cook, but the service sucked.

As a recreational pit master myself, I know a thing or two about Q. Eric and his gang will look after you. I had the Big Hawg with 'slaw and Smoked Mac and Cheese. Pork was cooked perfectly, and the tangy 'slaw a great match to sweet meat. The 'Akansauce', vinegar based had a good balance of flavors and a little heat, just enough to excite your taste buds.

The Smoked Mac and Cheese had a smooth silky creamy texture, the pasta a perfect conveyance for the cheese, cream, spices and smoke. Winner!

Eric clearly knows his stuff, as you can see from the Grand Reserve trophy he's pictured with.
Rick, Eric and co...well done. Happy Diner.
