We requested a quiet room at the time we made the reservation. I called 2 weeks before our stay and requested a quiet room again. I called the day of and told the front desk to tell them that we were on our way and would arrive late, and all I got was an "ok, bye." We arrived late with a sick toddler and were given a first floor room beneath construction workers that they knew got up early since they had been staying there for a while. They got up at 4 am and were stomping around in their boots waking us up. The manager was curt, and basically told us that was the best she could do. I would never stay at this property again, and would stay at the Residence Inn in Reno. We stayed at the Residence Inn on our way to California, and wished that we had booked it for our return.More
