Overall a nice property, good value and being right on the Mountain is a huge benefit. The facility is 20 years old but has undergone renovations and updates. The overall hotel service is very good. Food is just OK as the immediate area has a lot of dining options in MWV. The Crawford Pub is just Fair at best. The bar needs serious attention and is a black mark on the property. The "bartender" ran out of glasses and was pouring drinks in a paper cup. Every ski lodge needs a respectable bar. Otherwise I give the property 4 stars with an emphasis on the value you get for the $.

We went as a family to explore the area during the summer. The one bedrooms suites were perfect for our family of four with a murphy bed and sofa bed. There is a kitchenette and we had a balcony overlooking the woods behind the hotel. There is a shuttle over to the activities at Attitash Mountain which includes a mountain coaster, zipline, alpine slide and more. There is also a coffee shop that makes some sandwiches and serves snacks. Breakfast is included with most packages. It's an ok buffet. Nothing great, but not bad. We did not care for dinner much and preferred to dine out. The outdoor heated pool was really nice. There are a lot of comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel as well. Not just the lobby, but little nooks on the other floors too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as a family of 4. Staff did not seem overly friendly. Not rude or anything, but not peppy and welcoming like I personally prefer. While I did not use the fitness room, it was very well equipped.

Room Tip: families should definitely stay in a suite and ask from a room away from the elevators.

Booked the 3 bedroom for a 16th birthday overnight with 6 teenagers. They loved the space. Rooms were well kept and large. Concierge was immediately helpful on what to do on a weekend that is off season for this area - late October. Loved the attention.

Breakfast buffet was nice and we came at last few minutes before they were shutting down and the staff were very nice making sure we had enough food and refreshing items even tho they were closing in 10 minutes.

Outdoor heated pool and hot tub.

Was up there for an event and the place was fair. Rooms were dark and dingy. Great location but the entire place needs attention. Bathroom was old; chips in linoleum floor, old style shower head and counter top. We check in late and found hair in the tub. Called down to the front desk and told them we wanted a call from the manager. Still waiting for that call. Only 2 places to eat at the resort and neither were staffed properly. The poor girl in the upstairs restaurant was working her rear off taking orders, making the food and serving it. She was very friendly and never lost her cool, but geez, give her some help! The downstairs bar was only opened for breakfast and dinner AND we couldn't get a drink at 9:30 pm! What?, the bar closes at 9:30 on a Friday night???? Not worth what they are charging for rooms.

Overall good location but very unimpressed with the resort. It is a timeshare, so be careful if you trade into here; we won't be back.

Very nice place. The rooms are very spacious with new carpeting. Our room had a Murphy Bed, a twin sleeper sofa and a queen sleeper sofa and a kitchenette. We enjoyed having a little extra room like a small apartment to stay in after having stayed in much smaller motel rooms. Nice grounds and facilities and our stay included complimentary breakfast and a free ride on the chair lift up to Bear Mountain. All room keys come inside a folder with the words, "open your door to a greener earth" & your footprint can always be smaller"--kudos to this resort for pushing the "green" movement. I also liked the added perk of a complimentary travel size Tom's of Maine toothpaste!
