Having gone to two other Salt Hill's with good experiences, we choose this one because of their hootenannay old time music on a Monday night.. Service was good, onion rings were terrific. I had a hot roast beef dip sandwich which was good. Husband ordered ribs- waitress encouraged him to order full rack as half rack was smaller than most diners expected. Instead of "fall of the bone" as in the menu, it was big, tough, hard to cut and full of fat. Waitress was very good at noticing that he wasn't doing well with it, checked with chef and brought out a half rack that was fall off the bone and less fat.. When he liked that, they offered to bring out the second half. We went away satisfied with things .Beer good but not cheap.
