I don't know which rooms the other reviewers stayed, but our room was newly redone. We had a delux studio which had an apartment size refrigerator, real stove with an oven and even a small dishwasher! It was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the view from our balcony was of the ski slope and river. Very quiet, but we were here mid week. The lodge is behind a row of shops so that you don't get a lot of road noise. We will defanately return. When booking, call the lodge instead of using a web site and you can be sure you get a good room. The staff is very helpful. Our room was for 4 people. We were only two and I think it would be tight for four people. The sleep sofa when opened would block the way to the bathroom.

Room Tip: ask to be on the river side if you want a nice view and a bit more quiet.

My husband and I stayed at the Lodge on a couples weekend. The location is perfect and the staff were very friendly however the room left much to be desired. There were exposed pipes in the wall apparently from a removed radiator. The thermostat was set to 50 however the temperature read 80 degrees. We had to turn the ac on to make it bearable. The room was dusty and the bed was very uncomfortable. When I laid on the floor to straighten my back after an uncomfortable nights sleep I found a broken glass drinking glass. You had to trip the breaker to get the hot water to kick on and even then the shower was luke warm. They advertised a great room which felt more like a lobby. Needless to say on our next trip to Loon we will look for other accommodations.

We stayed at the lodge to attend the polar express. Two nights, and 3 days. We stayed in a place that had 1 bedroom with loft one bath
We will never again stay there
It was completely outdated like 1990s outdated
The ceilings fans were covered in dust and black the carpet was olive green and gross and the heating units came on full blast drying out your skin !!!! The plumbing was poor, when you flushed the toilet it made s grinding sound indicating plumbing issues. The shower would not drain unless you hung a face cloth on the drainer!
The furniture is outdated the pull out couch was not cozy it sank in when you sat on it!!!

The entire premises needs updating, carpet around pool area harboring bacteria and wall paper and border is 1990s!!! The room had water damage and cracks on ceilings as well as tapestry that was completely outdated!

The area is up and coming it needs updating to compete

This is our second stay and our last!
Room b308 is not a room we would stay in!!!!! In fact we will never stay at the lodge again! We felt dirty leaving there !

Stayed at The Lodge for about a week. It's very near loon mountain, with a free shuttle which runs on a regular schedule. The rooms are actually condos, so you'll have a kitchen area with all the things needed for cooking for yourself if you are so inclined. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, game room, outdoor BBQs, river down a walkway on the back side of the property. Pretty cool.

Room Tip: Some rooms face the parking lot and the other ones face a river and mountain side.

Great location, but condo was very overly decorated with what felt like owners personal stuff they were trying to squeeze in somewhere else, could do with a good clear out and could definately do with a deep clean, it smelt and furnishings where grubby
