Fox Ridge was lovely! We stayed one night in October for a quick trip up to the White Mountains to view the foliage. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice duvets on the beds. View from our room was gorgeous! Staff was very friendly. The grounds were beautiful. Even though we didn't take advantage of the amenities, there was a miniature golf course, an indoor pool (outdoor pool closed as it was October in New Hampshire), and a nice playground for kids. The location was great too. As an added bonus, full breakfast was served complimentary in the dining room. All in all a great stay and would definitely go back.

The hotel and rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had reserved a room on the main level as my mother is wheel chair bound. I mentioned it when checking in. They said they would, but then put us one level down. My mother spent a half hour trying to get to the pool because of the stairs. It was really unnecessary as they have rooms right on the same main level. That being said, other than that we had a very nice stay.

sylonestar,

Thank you so much for taking the time to write your review. I apologize that the room was in our south side of the hotel with some stairs. I am glad you did enjoy your stay with us. Please call me directly next time you make a reservation and I will make sure you are all set.

We were on the road and found this through Hotel.com. The property is gorgeous and affords a great view of the White Mountains. It is up the hill off the main drag so there is no road noise. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable. The food was just OK. The hotel is being renovated so the hallways are dated looking and the carpeting was in desperate need of replacement.
The main problem were the tour buses that dropped off lots of unhappy, negative people.

Room Tip: Ask for a mountain view room.

The staff at the Fox Ridge reason what was fantastic. We arrived much earlier than expected on Friday morning and they were able to accommodate us with an early check-in which really save the day for us. The grounds are beautiful the room was nice and clean. A full breakfast is included as well as a heated pool and miniature golf. If there is anything I’d like to see improved it would be better water pressure in the showers. Overall I would recommend this for anyone

Just spend 2 nights in Fox Ridge Resort in North Conway. Location of the hotel is great, view from the window is great, but.... beds very uncomfortable, soft, and jumpy, if one person is moving in the bed, another person shaking. For somebody with back problems and light sleep, we did not slept for 2 nights, and now need to spend $200 for back massage to relieve pain.
