we stayed here last summer and when my husband picked Weirs Beach for his birthday get away this year, I knew where to book.. This year we upgraded from the economy apt to a superior one. We were on the lake end of the building on the 2nd floor. Great view of the lake from the apt windows and from the front porch. The stairway is narrow, and the screen door leading to the porch didn't close all the way The apt wasn't too crowded for the 4 of us that were staying there. The kitchen wasn't too big, but we were on vacation and ate out most of the 2 days we were there. It would have been nice if the management had housekeeping turn the fridge on prior to our getting there, but it was a cold day when we arrived so we kept stuff out on the porch until it cooled down. The only complaint I had was we never got fresh towels, but that could have been partly my fault. I hate wet towels on the floor so I stuffed them all on the towel rack in the bathroom. We also weren't expecting to see a for sale sign on the apt house when we approached it. Hopefully if will still be a rental the next time we visit the area. We love how close it is to everything on the strip and the beach

we were looking for someplace close to everything and at a decent price.. After comparing places we decided this was the place, and not once did we regret it.
Lakeside Getaway is an apartment house right around the corner from the mail strip and overlooking the lake we sat on the porch while we drank out 1st cup of coffee, then grabbed our 2nd cup and walked down the hill to the semi private beach to watch the sun come up over the lake.
we stayed in one of the economy 2 bed room units. but it included everything we needed.. 2 bedroom, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom.. all linens pots and pans and kitchenware are provided. it's a little dated but it's clean and comfortable, and that matters more to me than the type of tv.
had no problems connecting to the wifi and even though it's located in a built up area, it was pretty quiet.
there is no on-site parking, but the parking lot is only one house away and across the street..not really a biggie for us. and they do ask to have any dishes used to be washed and trash taken out.. again not a biggie, when we're on vacation, we like to fee at home at were we're staying, and we dd, so we wouldn't leave dirty dishes in the sink and we'd take the trash out.

This year we stayed in their largest rental A7, 4 bedroom, great view, and very comfortable. It was our second time here and its in the perfect spot right off Weirs beach. The ice fishing is awesome a short walk down the road and your in a prime spot for lake trout and Rainbows. We got a nice 22 inch Laker. Its fully furnished all appliances including a dishwasher and my fav's coffee maker and big Iron skillet. Best eggs ever!Everyone that works there is super nice. We will be back next year!!!

We stayed in the 2-bed apartment with friends. The check-in at the Lazy E Motor Inn went smoothly. An employee actually brought us to the apartment which was a little difficult to find. The first impression was not good. The carpet in the hallway was badly stained and the light very dim. It was hard to see the steep stairs which led to the 2nd floor. The apartment has two reasonably sized bedrooms. We had only a few hooks in the closet and no hangers. Apart from the queen size bed there was a chest of drawers and a broken chair in the room. Our friends had 1 single and 1 double bed and also a chest of drawers. Their bedroom had a small balcony. The bathtub and kitchen were fairly clean but the oven was greasy. That was cleaned the next day. The kitchen was alright but the microwave on top of the refrigerator was hard to operate. There were chipped glasses and the rug under the dining table was stained and so were the chairs. The bathroom was very small.
The dining room table had enough space for 4 but the fold down bed that acted as a sofa was uncomfortable. We were out most of the time so we didn’t really care too much about the seating comfort. Outside stood 2 grills but both were very dirty.
The WiFi connection only worked for a few hours on the first night then we were completely without for 2 days. We phoned the office twice but nothing was done about it.
The location is nice but at the beginning of October many restaurants and shops were already closed. We thought the apartment was overprized for what it was and for the time of the year. We would not book it again.

My husband and I, along with another couple, stayed here for the weekend. We stayed in a "newly renovated" room on the second floor, toward the water. The apartment had two bedrooms, a small kitchenette, bathroom and living/dining room. The bedrooms and living room had A/C. The furnishings and decor are outdated, so I was surprised that they considered this newly renovated. It was very clean however and worked fine for us. There is a porch that is shared with the rest of the building. The shower is a bit small, but overall, everything else was sufficient. It's a short walk to the boardwalk and the apartment has great lake views. If you are expecting luxury, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a good deal, this is it!

Room Tip: Good value
