My husband and another couple enjoyed Stephanos on Sunday night. We made a reservation late morning thru Open Table and were only able to secure a 5:45 spot. We were seated promptly. Two of us had risottos. A friend had one with sea scallops; I had sea bass with a spinach and gorgonzola pesto. My husband was thrilled with a mixture of seafood marinara. A minor glitch was that the garlic steak ordered medium came mediim-rare. Entrees included a small house salad. Homemade blue cheese dressing was delicious with large chunks of blue cheese Two types of crusty bread were served accompanied by olive oil, red pepper flakes and shredded cheese. All Delicious! Good service, pleasant ambiance!

Arrived and were seated immediately for our reservation on a Saturday evening. Nice atmosphere and prompt service that was friendly. Menu is mostly Italian seafood and pasta but a few items for those seeking meat. There were five adults in our party and three had very good meals that focused upon seafood and pasta. The mussels and the eggplant appetizers were very good. The oysters baked were a bit fishy tasting and just ok. The burrata, tomato bruschetta and peppers appetizer was very disappointing. They used canned tomatoes on the bruschetta which was surprising and bad. All seafood and pasta dishes were very good except one order of mussels and pasta whereby the mussels were. It open and the sauce so spicy it was hard to eat. This could easily been a higher rated review if the food was more consistent. Also it is BYOB which is fine if you can find a good wine store nearby.

A must when you’re on the island. This restaurant has great Italian food and fresh fish entrées. Staff is very friendly and will explain anything on the menu that you have a question about.

We joined friends for our annual dinner at Stefano's this week. We found the wait staff to be professional, attentive and knowledgeable as always. The food was delicious and flavorful. The menu is pretty consistent year after year with a few creative additions. Everyone in our party of six thoroughly enjoyed their meal. We will definitely return later this summer.

This is a very popular LBI destination, so make reservations via Open Table on Stefano's website or via the app. Everything from the salads to the seafood selections were as fresh as fresh can be. The pastas and gravies were mouth-watering as were our entrees. When the restaurant is full, the ambient noise level is somewhat elevated, so conversation can be a bit difficult. Our server was knowledgeable, cheerful, and rendered warm efficient service throughout our meal. I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend.
