Major disappointment. Prices are way over inflated for offerings

Way overpriced for offerings. Only one restaurant open on Mondays. Front desk was unhelpful. Spa techs were excellent, but the spa itself does not warrant the prices. Outdoor evening group event held in tent completely overtook lodge. Mic and DJ were incredibly loud and held guest essentially hostage until 10p. Despite all of the restaurants on the property, only one was open during the week. “Biosphere” is a pool with a greenhouse top. Spa is dark & underground. Techs were wonderful but extra staff stood around & made you feel unwelcome while towels & robes piled high and overflowed onto locker room floor. Spent 3 days in spa and never had hot water for shower or steam room which smelled of mold and was grossly neglected.

Room tip: Parking is inconvenient with little to no signage to navigate

Thank you for sharing your recent stay experience with me. I am very sorry that you left us feeling so disappointed and that you did not receive great value while with us.

As you mentioned, we do have multiple restaurants here at the hotel however, only Crystal Tavern is open every day of the year. Our Springs Bistro (located right off the lobby) is open Fri/Sat for dinner, our Taqueria (down inside the Biosphere Pool Complex) is open Fri-Sun, Restaurant Latour is open Thurs-Sun, and Chef's Garden as well as our Seafood Shack are closed for the season and will open up again next Spring. Please note, we do list all hours of operation on our website, but are sorry nevertheless if you were not aware prior to checking into the hotel.

Regarding your spa experience down at Reflections, I'm so glad you enjoyed your treatments themselves, but am terribly sorry to hear about some of our other staff members not making you welcomed. Needless to say, we pride ourselves on providing stellar hospitality so it's upsetting to hear that you left us feeling this way. For the steam shower, I am not aware of any issue with there being no hot water, but would like to learn the exact days and times of your visit so this can be shared with our spa manager.

Relaxing Weekend For Two.

Suite was clean, updated and nicely appointed. Could have stayed longer & probably will. Restaurants have something for everyone, weither its fine dining or pub grub, the food was excellent and not overly priced for a resort. Enjoyed the fireplace on the wrap around balcony immensely. Wonderful Anniversary Weekend!

Birthday getaway with family.

It was a birthday getaway with my 2 adult daughters. We had a king studio with a kitchenette, sofa and chair, dining table, fireplace and balcony. My daughters had 2 queens. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Beautiful place. Food was excellent. Golf courses beautiful. My daughters loved the spa. The biosphere pool is very cool! Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely return.

The best relaxing getaway!

Book the suite, pamper yourself, go to Reatauranr Latour and visit the AMAZING wine cellar! Every detail on this property made us feel like we were staying at a resort in another place (not an hour from our house)! The grounds were beautiful, the spa was amazing and the FOOD. Omg the food people…. Amazing! So impressed that we will definitely be back and I will be planning a mom’s trip soon too!

Room tip: Book restaurant Latour in advance!

Adjoining room offers NO privacy

We were unknowingly placed in an adjoining room next to a family with two young kids. My wife and I finally got a weekend away without our young kids and it felt like we were in the room with them even though they were not being loud. This type of room offers NO privacy. If you’re staying here make sure to ask at checkin to NOT get an adjoining room. We got the room at a “discounted” rate as part of a wedding block. I can’t imagine paying full price for this type of room.
