Thank you for sharing your recent stay experience with me. I am very sorry that you left us feeling so disappointed and that you did not receive great value while with us.
As you mentioned, we do have multiple restaurants here at the hotel however, only Crystal Tavern is open every day of the year. Our Springs Bistro (located right off the lobby) is open Fri/Sat for dinner, our Taqueria (down inside the Biosphere Pool Complex) is open Fri-Sun, Restaurant Latour is open Thurs-Sun, and Chef's Garden as well as our Seafood Shack are closed for the season and will open up again next Spring. Please note, we do list all hours of operation on our website, but are sorry nevertheless if you were not aware prior to checking into the hotel.
Regarding your spa experience down at Reflections, I'm so glad you enjoyed your treatments themselves, but am terribly sorry to hear about some of our other staff members not making you welcomed. Needless to say, we pride ourselves on providing stellar hospitality so it's upsetting to hear that you left us feeling this way. For the steam shower, I am not aware of any issue with there being no hot water, but would like to learn the exact days and times of your visit so this can be shared with our spa manager.
