Description: Warm platinum walls mixed with brick wall interior, dimmed lighting, tastefully designed bar with great cozy atmosphere really makes you think that you are more in the middle of Manhattan than in the heart of Linden. Amsterdam Alley Bar & Lounge offers what Europe has to offer at its best. Influenced by Eastern European spirit lets you taste authentic food. During the weekend Amsterdam Alley evolves into nightlife hottest spot in the area, with Live DJ every Friday and Saturday.

This place was amazing. The The friendly staff spoke to the office with a very thick Polish accent and recommended many Polish dishes and even gave us samples of many things we didn't even have to order. it was as though the management was proud to share both their culture and their cuisine with us lucky patrons. It is my opinion they have a great deal to be proud of and Amsterdam alley. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere laid-back.

Happened upon here when we were in Linden for our helicopter ride. Does seem to be the only bar in Linden as we didn't see another. Had many pints and the food was plentiful and very tasty. The lovely bar maid was friendly and incredibly attentive. Got the bill and couldn't believe how cheap it was for what we had. We had to order more drinks......rude not to. Thanks for the hospitality

I frequent this establishment on a weekly basis. Their food is always good and nice big portions. Their bartenders are always nice and make some amazing drinks. They always have drink specials and food specials. Good music, good crowd. Sometimes they even have live bands on the weekends. Outdoor seating is available too.

Excellent authentic European and Polish Food Selections with Daily Specials. Small area with table sittings, large bar with many different beer and drink selections. Friendly service.

Spending a few days in Linden and discovering that Big Stash's had closed, we searched and happily discovered Amsterdam Alley. This is not a large building yet has a feel of plenty of room with a full bar and tables for dining. The menu is decidedly Polish and included Zywiec, a wonderful Polish beer on tap. Magda, our waitress, right from the old country, recommended food and drink and was perfect in her descriptions of both. We each ordered a plate of pierogies that were perfectly prepared and very tasty. I don't get to NJ very often yet the next visit will include Amsterdam Alley.
