This has been the worst experience, it's 1am and there's ruckus in the hall way which woke me up. Tried using the fitness center yesterday and it felt like sauna in there, one of the other guest who was working out said it was like this for a month. The bathroom sink was clogging up.Went to pick up water bottles yesterday morning and there were none, when I asked the reception they said they're out and they have no stock. Never coming back, ever.

Front desk Agent Mr. Drew is very attentive.
He make sure that my room is cleaned on the times I specified and provided me with excellent service .
The ladies at housekeeping do a great job cleaning my room.

Leaky roofs, water stained ceilings, mold ridden room carpet and under the sinks. Hotel is in desperate need of updating and repair. A real disappointment from its former days of grandeur. Hot tub was drained, pool

Terrible stay 3rd year in a row no AC in room then the “neighbor “ smoked the whole floor out with weed all day everyday DONE. Brought my own fan from years prior experience. Thank god I did. Not only did it help without AC. but all day I aimed fan out 2 inch opening of window to blow the weed smell out all day while we were out. Terrible!!!!

Whole place needs and upgrade to match the Hilton standard. Had to change rooms 3 times the first hours because of issues with the room. The lobby is nice but once you get on the elevator everything goes downhill. Staff was nice but the place was very unsavory.
