Bratwurst, weisswurst, kishka, homemade franks, all kinds of kielbasa. I LOVE this place. They also have a full deli and all manner of Polish food items i.e. babka, rye bread, homemade pierogi, soup mixes and pickled items. It's a gem and they take special orders for the holidays.

European meats are wonderful. The no nitrates hot dogs are delicious. Try the summer veal sausage and the bratwurst. Meat is not salty and is full of flavor. This is also the place to buy kielbasa which we serve at parties and our guests can't eat enough! This store is inside the Trenton Farmers Market. Don't miss it.

I have been there a handful of times for specific things that i can't find in a normal food market. Their products are so fresh and delicious. On the weekends it gets pretty busy!

This place is located in the Trenton Farmer's Market and they smoke their own bacon and sausages (kielbasa), make their own hot dogs, luncheon meats, cheeses from domestic to imported. They also sell pickled tomatoes, sauerkraut, and potato salad, cole slaw and rye breads. This is not ordinary supermarket shelf products. You will not be disappointed making a visit here if you love deli and charcuterie.

First prepare yourself for an experience when going to Pulaski Meat Products Stand in the Farmer Market on Spruce St, Trenton, NJ. It is on the Trenton/Lawrence Township border.
You will most likely find a crowd of people, anytime of the day, with a ticket number in their hand. You will be mostly likely be10 or more away from being served. Use your time wisely . The glass display case is maybe 25 feet wide and has every imaginable meat product with origins in Poland, Hungary, and most Slavic speaking nations. Be it Kiellbasa, Pierogies, Liverwurst, Liverwurst with bacon, Bacon, at least 5 different types of Bacon. Breads, Bobka, Rye, Seeded Rye,etc. You'll find on the side a small grocery selection of package goods .Like Sweets, from every imaginable country in Europe. Make a mental note of what you want because the line moves quick.
Service is excellent. There must be 10 or 12 people standing above you on a raised platform behind the glass display case. All speaking what every language you are most custom to. Polish and Hungarian tops English in being spoken.
When your number comes up don't be afraid to ask questions or tell the server what you are looking for . The patience of the servers is beyond what you have ever experience. Now if you have a Christmas Eve dinner planned and you think Pulaski has some products that would be perfect to serve, go to Pulaski's stand in the Farmers Market 10 to 12 days ahead and place your order. Going there on Christmas Eve Day may be a little to late for some items.
Pulaski Meat stand in the Trenton Farmers Market is an a local institution worth trying.
