This place is gross. First of all, the fact they think they can charge the price they do is a disgrace. The place is dark and dreary. The front desk people are very rude and not helpful. My AC didn't work and it took the manager (who wasn't working and was sitting at home on his couch) 3 hours to agree to put me in a new room. Terrible experience and will never think about staying a night here again.

This hotel was not worth cost of $300 dollars a night. While the hotel has been renovated… the renovations are very cheap. The toiletries they leave you are a joke… you would be better off grabbing toiletries from a dollar store. The checkin process is too long. You are basically signing a 5page document. They have signs around saying they will charge you various prices for missing towels… having the hand written sign just makes the place seem low budget. The shower sucks… there if no inner lining for the shower curtain and the drainage device was falling apart. Only stay here if you don’t have any other place to go because this hotel is very low budget. You’d be better off staying at the holiday inn… at least there you can get face soap and body wash.

I agree with one of the other reviews about having to sign a ludicrous number of pieces of paper to check in. But that's just a small inconvenience. Hotel is OK, I found the people at the desk to be nice and helpful, no real problems BUT: The breakfast they put out was probably the skimpiest hotel breakfast I have seen, and I have seen many. Ostensibly the reason is Covid, but even for "grab and go" they can do far, far better, and for the prices they charge, they need to. I would stay here again if they fix that.

What a crazy place….no cups in the room, had a few schedule posted for missing wash clothes and towels, made it clear that they keep the “security” deposit if they are not happy with you. Asked if I could stay until noon so I could eat my lunch…yep…they have a $15 charge for that. “Breakfast” was packaged rolls, dollar store fruit cups, pay the extra and stay somewhere else. By the way have stayed in nice LaQuinta properties in Ca and Minn, so it’s this property.

Check in process was horrible. The manager was not on site but put on the phone (speaker) by the front desk attendant and he was arguing with me. Rude & Horrible customer service. The check in process took over 2 hours and I had a reservation & confirmation prior to arriving.
