Just what we were looking for! Not fancy, just great cooking! We had a delicious beef enchilada plate with red chili sauce and cheese. Oh my goodness! While it was almost too spicy for this Texas girl, I could not stop eating. We carried the accompanying sopapillas home with us, but ate the hot custard dessert, made fresh each day. You will not go wrong by stopping at this Route 66 gem!
