Decided to have lunch here after reading so many positive reviews. This place is at the middle of largely residential East Side, Binghamton. Service is mediocre. It seems that they want you to leave as soon as possible. The Restaurant Week three-course lunch only costs fifteen dollars. But the food is not always good. The bread is cold. Mozzarella stick is just warm. My entree, shrimp scampi over linguini, is aromatic but excessively salty. Portion is pretty small. Will probably give a three without the cheap bargain.
