Received excellent service the entire time. Had mentioned in passing when placing the reservation that we were going all out for a special occasion. The staff went above and beyond to make our time pleasant and enjoyable, from concierge to wait staff

One of the most enjoyable experiences we've ever had. The rooms and grounds were beautiful. Service was without question the best. And the dining room and bar was a solid five 🌟!!! You did not have to leave the Harbor Hotel for anything if you didn't want to.

The Harbor Hotel 1000 Islands has everything you could ask for. It is located at the end of town, within walking distance to everything. Two gas firepits on large patio with Adirondack chairs, right outside of restaurant & bar, with views of the St. Lawrence. Hot water & Starbucks coffee in morning on all 4 floors. The people at the front desk are very pleasant & helpful. When in Clayton, would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful long weekend in Clayton, Harbor Hotel was everything we imagined. Friendly helpful staff, spacious rooms and amazingly comfortable bedding. Even though the hotel was at max capacity with weddings and events, we couldn’t tell. Rooms were quiet, staff attentive. Starbucks Coffee stations on each floor were a nice perk ;) Pool and fitness center 10/10, not busy and well equipped, great views too. Restaurant has excellent views and highly recommend eating outside at least once to take in the views. We enjoyed the charming village of Clayton, easily walkable from hotel. Can’t wait to return!

When we checked in there was a situation with our room. We brought it to the attention of the manager. She immediately and professionally remedied the situation. What could have been an uncomfortable stay was one of the nicest stays we have had over our 34 years of marriage. The hotel and grounds are impeccable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
