The hotel had one elevator that was not working causing long wait times for those using the elevator. The breakfast area was not clean, coffee thermos was empty and egg omelette was very cold. Our room was pleasant and quiet.

The bathroom and room were not clean. Toilet seat and toilet were dirty and bed looked like it had been slept in. Desk staff tried to rectify problems but management dropped the ball. The breakfast buffet at 7:30 was out of food and coffee and we had to wait at least 15 minutes for more food to be brought out.
Stayed here because of a wedding in the area, ended up angry, frustrated and late for the wedding due to interaction with management.

The rooms are clean and the staff is wonderful but the hotel is difficult to find since it is off a main road and in a deep gully and GPS doesn’t recognize the address. The bed was slightly lumpy and really uncomfortable and our toilet clogged within hours of our arrival. The staff fixed the toilet right away. Since we were staying only 1 night, the mattress was only torture for a few hours but we hardly slept that night. If we were going to stay additional days, we would have requested another room with a better mattress or changed hotels.
