Very comfortable, clean accommodations. Room was large and had a nice sitting area. Nice and friendly staff, good vibe. Breakfast included in the rate was a plus. Good location near I-84 and many attractions in the Hudson Valley.

Pleasant surprise. The staff was always cleaning and even the windows at the entry doors were clean. That's a good sign. The food area was kept spotless. All of the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. Room and bathroom was clean. OK the carpet in the elevator was dirty but not a big deal. Breakfast was fine. Pancakes and microwavable egg sandwiches in addition to the standard fare. I84 diner within walking distance if you want more.
It was a standard Quantity Inn, but the atmosphere as soon as we stepped into the lobby was lovely! It felt so clean and comfortable. The person checking us in was also lovely. Out of the 3 Quality Inns we’ve stayed at for our trip, this was the cleanest!
They had a large assortment of breakfast options including a non-touch pancake maker, fruit, an assortment of pastries (some pre packaged,) and more!
Traveled to St Anthony’s shrine recently and needed a place to stay overnight. Found the Quality Inn in Fishkill, NY. We were not disappointed it was Easy to get to, a very clean hotel, extremely quiet, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and a good breakfast to start the next day. Everything We needed.
The towels were very thin and worn. We stayed for a week and they were supposed to clean the room every 3 days, on the 3rd day we got back at 3:45 and the room was not cleaned. They said they were very busy so they did not get to our room. Everyday we would have to get towels, put our garbage can out in the hallway to have it emptied. Unhealthy breakfast choices and crowded breakfast room. Poor customer service, they need additional training on how to talk to guests when there is an issue.
This is a nice hotel with a great location. That being said we were not satisfied with our stay. We checked in and all seemed good with the room untill we got back to the room after dinner and realized the AC was not cooling the room. I called the front desk and told them and requested another room. She said all the rooms were booked so she could not move us and suggested we just turn off the AC and run the fan as the cool air outside would cool.the room. How she knew to do that I can only assume it's s regular complaint. What really upsets me is the next morning at 6 am I went to get ice and happened to look at the door seals they use for Covid and saw 8 rooms on my floor alone with unbroken seals. Why she lied about not having a room to move us to to I don't know. So if you like to sweat and like to be lied to this is the hotel for youm
