We spent 3 days here in this camp site. This is an excellent beach and you have over 3 miles of Lake Ontario beach to walk on if you include the neighboring wildlife preserve. We stayed in Loop D which has some shade and very quite even with pets allowed. Campground is clean, bathrooms clean. Guarded beach is great but a bit small if crowded and doesn't allow you to go in over your head if you want to swim far. The beach rules are restrictive as you can't use any floating devices. To get to other area attractions you are 20 mins away including the nearest grocery store. We were with 2 teenagers and they enjoyed the lake and would come back.
