Friends of us had recommended Dona Soraya Lodge. My wife and I followed their advise and went for holiday there. Peter and Soraya are hard working, kind people. They made us feel at home. They were always helpful. Soraya helped us to book an ocean safari which took us to Bazaruto. The view from the house is stunning. It is quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. We love their setting, being close to one of the main channels. Swimming, snorkeling even at low tide is safe and basically at the door steps. Very good food.

dona soraya is a special resort located in a quiet place observing the beach form above. the food is amazing and you will have the best view from there. the food at that place is very good and you could also go out on many activities from there ordered in advance such as island trips, whale safai, horse riding and more. you can also enjoy the amazing beach of vilanculos, the baobab trees and lots of coconut trees which give an african unique landscape. most recommended!
