We visit Hudson a couple times a year. We were looking forward to visiting Mexican Radio again. Sadly, this visit fell into the very average category. Ordered a mojito, sorry no mint. Ordered a house margarita, sorry no lime but here's a lemon. Corona, let me check if we have any more. Wow. The food was fine. Although my husband ordered the Flautas con Crema (which are vegetable) and got the regular Flautas which are meat. Just seemed like everything was off.

Busy on the July 4th weekend but not enough waiters around and tables were not cleaned. They ran out of vegetables but all the food substitutions tasted good. Nice family atmosphere and great location.

Great setting, tasty food and friendly service make Mexican Radio a fun, casual place to visit in this town full of food options.

Terrible service. We travel through Hudson frequently and liked this place once before. On this trip, we came up from Baltimore and made sure we left in time to arrive well before close. We got there just after 9:00, but they had closed the kitchen an hour early. We told them how far we had come to eat there, but instead of being flattered that we had driven 5 hours to come to their restaurant, they just shrugged their shoulders. They initially said that they could maybe serve us some chips and salsa, but then decided that that was too much trouble too. They did not seem apologetic in the face of our extreme disappointment. We won’t try to eat there again.

We used to love Mexican Radio at its original location in Manhattan, so when we stumbled upon it in Hudson we thought we'd give it a try. What a mistake. The margaritas were clearly poured from a bottled mix. Cloyingly thick and terrible. The only time in memory we haven't ordered a second round. The guac was good, but the chips were clearly not fresh. The entrees came out somewhere between room temperature and cold. The side salads looked like they were fresh off the plane from North Korea, so we didn't actually try them, which was probably a good thing. So sad to see this icon of great Mexican food slide so low. Still probably better than Taco Bell, but if you want cheap eats in Hudson look elsewhere.
