We stayed here just a day and my expectations of NYC hotels are never too high. But this location definitely cares about their guests and management goes above and beyond if anything is not up to the standards. As soon I arrive I’ve got upgraded to a great room with a view. There was a little hick up in the morning where a housekeeper tried to clean our room at 7:45 am. I mentioned this issue to the front desk and the manager personally apologized and offered some HHonors points for the inconvenience. Also, they let me check out at 4 pm which was great and needed.
Tip: if staying at this hotel, hang your “don’t disturb” signs not to be disturbed early in the morning.More
