If you don't like modern style and decor, this hotel is NOT for you. Industrial metal combined with natural wood, glass and chrome is the vibe here. The rooms are spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the views of Manhattan and where the hotel was situated - just beside and slightly under the Queensboro Bridge. We were able to easily Uber back and forth from Manhattan and really appreciated that our car was in a safe area at the hotel until we were ready to leave. There was a bit of confusion as to what amenities were in each of the buildings and where things were located, but we found our way just fine after asking the staff. We definitely felt like this was a hotel that appeals more to millenials, but, as baby boomers, we were very comfortable and would come back again.
