We stayed here for a few days for a wedding we were in. They rooms here are very well kept and clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The views are absolutely breathtaking.

Seeing the views from your room is something you'll just have to experience for yourself to understand how great it is.

At night, there are a few fire pits to sit around and hang out. The pool is heated so you can swim, even in colder weather. They have two hot tubs available too.

There are a few trails right off the resort for hiking.

If you're planning a wedding and looking for a place, this is where you need to look. Everything was amazing.

You won't regret staying here.

Our daughter used Red Agave Resort for her Wedding. Area is Beautiful; the Resort takes advantage of the beautiful surroundings. The rooms are adequate but not luxurious, a decent value, but layouts of the Chalets are odd. Watch your head. As far as the wedding services provided by Chelsea, they did not match the Reviews. She gives the impression she is working hard by directing the Vendors what to do, kind of a control freak it seems to me. She will try to charm you with her personality, but, to me she is not a Wedding Planner, in fact I think she doubles up as a Housekeeper at the resort as well as working as a wedding coordinator. I recommend you look for an actual Wedding Planner, which there are many in the area.

I'm really sorry you felt this way. Chelsea goes above and beyond to help her clients. She's so much more than a glorified housekeeper. She helped housekeeping to make sure you got into your rooms early. She was here for rehearsal, wedding and cleanup and was only hired for wedding. We both know what happened with this event and I'm sorry this is the outlook you took to review. You can complain about what you feel is necessary but trashing Chelsea's character isn't a nice thing to do. I wish the couple many happy years and I wish you a blessed year ahead. We stayed in Boynton Canyon Chalet. Everything was perfect down to every detail. Extremely clean. We were surprised that the entire interior looks recently remodeled. The views out our front windows were amazing and the views on the grounds even more amazing. Loved the pool and hot tubs. Our first visit to Sedona and we cannot imagine staying anywhere else. Very peaceful and a retreat away from the crowds. Trailhead right on property was great.

Overall pleased with our stay at Red Agave. Personable service upon checking in. You can't beat the views from the common area here. A thunderstorm rolled through right after we checked in, and we had quite a view from our room as well. Comfortable bed. The bathroom/shower could use a little updating, but it wasn't unpleasant. The kitchen was nice if you want to cook your own food as well.

I have never been so upset with a resort. I had a reservation for June 28-30 and my credit card was charged about a week before the trip. I contacted Red Agave and asked if I could change the dates of my stay due to covid. They confirmed with me that I could change the dates and that I would receive a refund through booking.com. I reminded them that per THEIR terms with booking.com that a cancellation request would have to be approved by the property. I sent 2 of said requests and both were ignored. In the meantime I had booked a new reservation with Red Agave for August. Again I contacted the property and asked if the amount charged was going to be transferred to the new reservation or would it be refunded. A transfer would have been just fine since the two amounts were the same. Again the property tells me that I will receive a refund through booking.com which of course did not happen because Red Agave did not follow through on their end. The last time I asked if the amount would just be transferred to the new reservation I was told that management would be notified and have not received any further contact from the property. I'm now out $439.82 because of the business lied to me and have no recourse. I hope this business is enjoying $439.82 of my hard earned money for free.
