This suburban hotel is way overpriced and charges for a very poor breakfast. The room was okay, but no safe, If you are doing something in the Mt Kisco area it is an okay location. The "party" rooms on the first floor and you can hear the noise all over the hotel....

We stayed here to visit local family, and my kids were infatuated with the place. Located within five minutes drive of Mt. Kisco Metro North station and the town center, the hotel provided a good base of operations for both a family visit in the area as well as trips to the city. There's a restaurant on-site (didn't try it but it had good customer reviews) as well as a small nook with snacks and drinks for sale, a fitness room, a couple microwaves, and a washer/dryer. There was also a pool with lifeguard that our kids loved and gave us an opportunity to tire out the kids.

The rooms are pretty standard for your typical American hotel. They were clean and functional, though the furniture was a bit worn. Everything was in working order, including (vitally) the Keurig machine. There was a fridge as well. The beds were comfortable! There was a wedding there when we stayed, but we barely heard the other guests. There are two floors, and we stayed on the first one.

The staff were always helpful with whatever we needed (forgotten toothbrush, extra towels for the pool, etc.).

We saw that there's a shuttle service of some sort, though we didn't end up using it.

My only complaint was that the Keurig machine only came with decaf coffee pods.

Room tip: The crickets outside can be a bit loud in a first-floor room. I found them comforting, but my son complained about it.

My wife and I spent one night here in the middle of the week.
A bit off the beaten path but a short drive into the village.
Pleasant stay, hotel was very quiet and we had no problems.
Impressed by the number of extra towels in the bathroom.
Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is not fully renovated . We were on the first floor room 145 . The TV didn't work, the headboard was broken, the bathroom floor was sticky and a strong mildew smell kept me up all night . Not renovated at all. Bed so uncomfortable. Barely any toilet paper and no replacement. Hotel comped me which was appreciated but I'm baffled how this hotel was almost 300 a night , sold out and they don't know the room should not be rented out ? In addition despite multiple wedding parties the bar was shut down we arrived back from our family reunion before 11 . Was looking forward to a snack and night cap based on the online ads . I am sure this will be nice when truly updated but until then I would not recommend at all.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times before. At midnight, when I couldn't fall asleep I turned the light on to find two small bugs crawling on my pillow. It shook me up but I managed to kill them with a tissue before they sped off. I didn't know what kind of bugs they were but that really matter as it stunned me anyway. After about a half hour and seeing no more, I tried to sleep again, but was still agitated about the bugs. Got up and turned the light on again to find a third bug, one that was much smaller and looked different, crawling on the pillow. This time I was really upset. Since it was after midnight and pouring rain I wasn't about to go looking for another hotel in a basically non-commercial residential town. I asked for another room and they got me one two doors down. But I was agitated and it was a pretty sketchy night. I was told to put the tissues I had used to kill the bugs on the nightstand for housekeeping the next morning. It was their job to make sure the rooms were bug free. Of course I did that. Because I didn't know of these were bedbugs, I realized that I was going to have to throw out my fabric suitcase, cosmetic kit and a couple of other items that had been on the bed. And I knew I'd have to have dry cleaned a couple of special items that couldn't be washed. When I checked out I explained what happened and was basically dismissed. After writing to the hotel about the cost of my replacements I heard nothing. Needless to say I will never stay there again and caution others to stay away.

Room tip: Check for bedbugs!
