We had the white pizza with tomatoes, olives and broccoli and chicken wings. The service was great and the place was filled on a Wednesday night. Always love the way Aldo the owner mingles and makes sure everyone is happy. The bread was warm and the wine was red and delicious.

It was our second visit to Niagara Falls and it was one of "must to do" steps planned during our trip based on awesome experience we had during our first visit! Lasagne is the best I have ever tried in the USA, and identical to this experience I had in Italy. Aldo, a chef/owner, astonished us with his Italian hospitality. My kids received presents, my husband even tasted the real Italian grappa. The atmosphere was very family and European. We highly recommend this place to the real connoisseurs of food and Italian kitchen! We wish we had such place at Chicago!

I was here in Niagra Falls for a conference and quickly realized this is a tourist town with food offerings on par. A tour hide suggested we take a cab out to La Hacienda for some great Italian food and myself and two other conference attendees took the suggestion to heart. It was less than two mile trip. The place feels like you are stepping back into a 1970s Italian restaurant. I'm not sure what's with the Mexican food name, but the owner/chef met us at the door and seated us himself. We sampled the pea and pasta soup, which was delicious, and the dinner salads, which were old school iceberg lettuce and tomatoes with a delightful house made Italian dressing. We ordered a sausage pizza with a great housemate sausage, spaghetti with both a meatball and a sausage and the pasta primavera. The pastas were excellent and came with a great Italian bread and butter. The loganberry soda-like drink was a fun local beverage experience as well.
This establishment is old school, don't expect modern Italian, but the food is much better than anything you'll find at the franchised restaurants in the falls area.

Visited the falls in the summer where crowds were everywhere. Find this establishment to be well prepared to accommodate family or couple parties. Food was delicious, variety and enjoyed cocktails and staff were pleasant. Service a bit slow but a busy time of year. Would go again.

Wanted to use a gift certificate from some friends. This was our first time. Everyone there was so attentive to our needs We had the fish fry dinner. It was so good. Aldo the owner makes his signature tarter sauce with dill instead of sweet pickles. It was a surprising change from the usual. Our server Ashley was a pure gem. She made our dining experience truly lovely. I recommend this nice restaurant to anyone.
