We visited with a tour group of 22 and were treated to a cooking demonstration of Duck Tournedos with cherry sauce. 'Le Tournedos de canard'. We then sat down to lunch with that dish as our main. What a magnificent meal! Fresh foie gras and duck breast cooked perfectly, and for 22 at once! I can't imagine how good it would be la carte. A place I will return to. If the rooms are as quaint as the restaurant that will be a treat as well. This is French regional cooking at its best!
