We spent 4 nights in room no.1, a fantastic cave house with a large living area with 2 sofa' s/single beds. Small kitchen with fridge/freezer, plenty of pots, glasses and cutlery, coffee pot and kettle. Big bathroom with large brainpower. Large bedroom, Big double bed with comfy mattress, dressing table, wardrobe and safe. In th losing there is an amazing medieval style chandelier that is lowered by a chain so you can lower it and light the candles. Very romantic.
Outside there is a huge private terrace with a large chaise lounge with comfy cushions, a table and chairs with large umberella plus 2 sunloungers. Here we watched the Sun set every evening, the sky turning the most magnificent colours.
We had breakfast on a gorgeous little terrace, fruit, omelettes, cereal, toast & home made jam, juice and any kind of fresh coffee you wanted.
Spiradoula and her staff were so helpful printing our boarding passes and taking us to the airport.
There is a pool bar just around the corner which is a welcome relief from the heat. Katharos beach is 15 minutes walk probably but so worth it so get in that beautiful sea and hardly anyone on it. A lovely bar/restaurant there too.
FIno restaurant/cocktail bar is Very good and reasonably priced but our favourite was the Greek Tapas restaurant (can't spell name) but I down a sid street. Foo to die for and so cheap.More
