We stay in this hotel and I must say that was really pleasant for a hotel in this category.. the pool is just beautiful and the rooms were clean and tidy. The rooms had a fridge were you can put your items to be fresh. Breakfast was the only part to improve as it has no much variety.

Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Now I'm not to sure if it was a language barrier or they were just rude however checking in, was the worst experience I have ever had.

Checking in there was no hello or greeting whatsoever. It was just "passport". So I handed over the passport and she proceeded to say "double room". I said well we have requested two twin beds for our four nights. All she said back was "so a double?". I then repeated that we had requested two twins, she then slapped down our keys on the bench.

Heading to our room it was a massive staircase of which I had two bags. The lady showing us to our room ran off without any acknowledgement that we were struggling to get up the stairs. She opened our door then left. No communication at all.

We were heading out to dinner later that night and we couldn't lock the door. We went to what they called a "reception" and asked for some help. She came up and showed us that there was a automatic locking system that we were not told about at any stage... well they didn't talk to us at all so how were we meant to know anything.

During the our 4 night stay there was no hello or goodbye when walking past. Oh and don't bother eating "breakfast" there it is terrible.

Checking out we placed our money on the table and that was it. A goodbye would have been nice or thankyou for staying with us. It was a real shame because the hotel grounds were nice and awesome location, but super depressing with any involvement with the owner and her staff.

Apricot and orange trees by the front entrance. Close to everything, even the laundromat. Lots of restaurants and shops. Lovely pool. Rooms have their own balcony. Feels like little villas. Friendly staff. Good breakfast included.

Family owned hotel. Friendly service and great hotel close to huzzbuzz of Fira.
Breakfast even served until 10:00 for the late sleepers.
They ring the local pizzeria with your order and get it delivered next to the pool.
