Stay at the Redwood Inn & Suites if you want a quiet and comfortable place to relax and enjoy the scenic beauty of Oneonta! Only a fifteen minute drive to All Star Village, our family rested and refreshed in our comfy beds and made our own breakfast in our full kitchen before we headed out for our days of baseball games. Owner Sandy and her staff are wonderfully helpful and easy to work with. There is a laundry room on-site and outdoor BBQ s and picnic tables as well as a screened porch area to take in the morning or evening scenery. This hotel was perfect for our stay to this gorgeous area. You will be happy if you choose it, too!

We were just passing through NY on a motorcycle trip and ready to get off the road for the night. I called and just happened to get Pat on the phone. We had no idea what to expect when we arrived but were pleasantly surprised to find such a gem. The suite we stayed in was gorgeous! Everything was new and updated, the beds were super comfortable and the atmosphere of the place was very welcoming. There is a very nice screened porch and a large deck off the back overlooking a corn field. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend you check them out if you are in the area.

Came with a group of 10 friends for a stitching getaway. This was a perfect setup. Each cluster has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bath, a living area with comfy sofas and a fully equipped kitchen. We took over 3 clusters and all met in the living area of the central one. We had absolutely everything we needed including the Keurig coffee maker. Could not have found a better place. Everything looked new, very clean and well kept. Beds were very comfortable, nice quilts and warm blankets. We made our own breakfasts and lunches in the suite and found very nice restaurants nearby for dinner. Those who wanted to explore found breweries, wineries, a quilt shop, a yarn shop and museums within an easy drive. We will definitely come back again and again.

Room Tip: All are great.

Wonderful small inn and comfortable place - rooms are bathrooms are spotless. Lovely quilts on the beds, fridge and microwave in rooms and individual coffee/tea makers. Sandy and Pat are wonderful innkeepers. Beautiful deck with views of a cornfield on one side, and 100+ year old barn on the other. It harkens back to Bob Newhart's Inn on TV from Vermont. Ideally located in Oneonta and very close to all the baseball venues in Cooperstown and loads of other places to visit including craft brewing, wine and cider makers and beautiful scenery. You will not be disappointed!

Our baseball team rented out all 13 rooms for a week of ball at Cooperstown. The place was more than ideal. Our favorite part was the screened in patio where the parents could meet each night with beverages and the best part the rooms were sound proof so those wanting to sleep didn't hear a thing! the back yard was perfect for all the siblings to play and stay safe. The apartment rooms were huge! the kitchens had everything you possibly could need. We all took full advantage of the laundry room and left with clean clothes. The 20 minute drive was not bad at all the to ball park and there is no way our week long vacation would have been the same in a hotel with so many other guests and less privacy. The owners were exceptional to work with and helped us out many times as we got locked out a few times :) Our ball players had an incredible week at Dream Parks but I think the parents and families had even better time because of the Redwood Inn & Suites!

Room Tip: If you can book the apartment rooms with another family. Kitchen is awesome!
