Decided to go here for dinner on a Saturday night. Called for reservations and was able to get a table next to the fire place! Food was amazing and everyone was so nice! We lived everything about this place and will definitely be returning!! Also good size portions!!

Is the Bavarian Manor some chic, hipster restaurant? No. Why? It's just good. No, more than good. It's great. It's nothing fancy, but the whole place has a decor and ambiance that makes you feel comfortable, and what's wrong with feeling comfortable? Our server, Liz, was terrific. Our dinner moved along without feeling rushed, and all of the details (who got what salad dressing, who got the "end" cut, etc.) were covered. I was DYING to try the schnitzel, but it was Prime Rib Night (Thurs) and the beef I got was amazing - tender, perfectly cooked, and e-nor-mous! Let's not forget the Apple Strudel! All for $20?! Great value. Great food. Wonderful space. Can't wait to come back - I HAVE to have that schnitzel!

We stayed at The Bavarian Manor for our Anniversary. We have never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast before. It was so cozy. Each room has a different decor. House dates back to the mid 1880's. Three generations have been running it since 1931. That evening we had dinner in the German Restaurant which is located in the same building. I had New York strip steak which was cooked just perfect and was so tender. Wife had the Sauerbraten which she loved. Owner came over and offered us a after dinner cordial on the house for our Anniversary. Full breakfast in morning also which is included in the room price. It was a very nice experience staying here and plan on coming back next year.

We came for happy hour and dinner. Happy hour prices are amazing (9$ for a round of 4 beers?!?). Fun place. Outdoor seating available. They don't put the free happy hour buffet out until almost the end of happy hour so we missed that. Dinner was good but I would recommend the German food more than the standard. The French Onion soup was a highlight. Service was very good.
