price could be lowered as the property and lake did not exhibit any signs of wild life despite the lack of pavement (my brother's Mini even bottomed out on tree roots while pulling in one time) and limited access to the lake. i even risked catching a cold by purposefully opening my 2 bedroom windows with hopes of hearing something thru the night or in the morn but there was absolutely nothing. i actually liked the rough thinly padded mattress and would go back to experience it again but would negotiate for a lower price 1st. kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dining table and table settings but did lack a microwave. shower stall was not girth friendly, a quick reminder that it was just a camp. kitchen sink was neat as it was double tub with 1 regular, one deep. TV was a simple 20" old style unit placed on an inadequate end table. the grill definitely needs to be replaced as it is a neglected 18" Weber kettle.

Room Tip: get a unit with a fireplace and deck

This was the second time we went to this place. To be fair, the outside is pretty nice with a pretty view on a small lake. But the cabin itself is just GROSS. We were given the cabin #17. First thing after opening the door : THE SMELL!!. Look like this door was not opened for 2 years!..

Then the bathroom... Same thing. Look like it wasn't clean up for 2 years!! The toilet was disgusting,(full of stains of every color!!!) the shower and the sink was full of rust stains. The shower plumbing was leaking badly (burned myself while trying the close the hot water). Spider net with full of bugs in the shower!

All of this for 150$ / night !!!!

Not all the cabin's look to be the same, our friends cabin's was not as gross as ours!!

Never ever again.

Room Tip: Don't accept the cabin #17

The balcony overlooking the lake was wonderful. It would have been a nice place to stay if only the owners had cleaned the place beforehand. There were dust nests everywhere and the cupboards were not well stocked with dishes. I hadn't had to use plastic plates for a long time and we had to share a mug for coffee. I advised the owner of the dirt I encountered and naturally, she denied this but I have photos.

Room Tip: Accommodation overlooking the lake. Check out cleanliness and supply of dishes and advise the owner if not satisfactory.

The owners are very friendly, the cabins are clean and neat, and the view on the deck was great! Beds were pretty comfy too!!! Was just what we needed. Owners were very accommodating, friendly and the price was decent. We would definitely go back. It is definitely Adirondack-like and just what we wanted for our long weekend. We would like to have been able to build a campfire, but that's ok - there was a nice fireplace and an outdoor grill. The little kitchen suited us perfectly and a nice table for playing cards when it got chilly outside.

Room Tip: They seemed all good - would definitely take the studio next time with teh deck right off the bedroom.

I like very much the cabins! They are on a a private lake and you can take a free canoe
We booked the 2 bedrooms cabin and a one bedroom cabin
Pretty clean and you have everything inside: pans, dishes, cups, glasses, kitchen
There is a bbq next to every cabin
There is also a fireplace and wood
