Come here all the time. Great place and the dude at the front always gives me a good room and service. Have been coming here for years and the rooms have been recently renovated. Right outside of downtown Albany makes it a great location.
We spent a total of 5 minutes in this room before leaving the keys and walking out. It was disgusting. Dust on all surfaces, dirty linens, dirty toilet paper. It smelled. We didn’t even try to get our money back, we booked a new hotel and left immediately.
Great customer service. Clean room. Friendly neighborhood. Great price. Definitely worth the stay. The new updates makes this place feel like your own little apartment. Will be my number one spot in the capital region.
I have been coming here for many years and I love the place. It has been updated throughout the years and its kept up well. The people at the front desk are always so nice to me and feels nice to always stay with them. I plan to keep on coming back. Thank you for the great service.
I called them and they picked me up . Very clean and very helping people when in.Albany this is my place to stay.. they help and have an excellent service front. The restaurant near by is excuste maid service is very good . Very much recommended.
