Spent Labor Day weekend in this very quaint inn that had recently had a makeover. Rooms were well appointed and spacious but still had the feel of a small inn. Staff was over the top nice and very helpful and accommodating. Quick walk to town along the waters edge and you have shops and restaurants at your finger tips. Pool on premise and easy continental breakfast. Family friendly.

A wonderful 3 night stay at Sag Harbor Inn in July to visit our daughter who works at the Marina. We originally had a ground floor room, and then transferred to an upstairs room with a small balcony and beautiful view of the Marina. The room was large with 2 queen beds, with breakfast provided every morning in the lounge area that was more than adequate A short walk into town for shopping/supplies/great coffee - Sag Harbor is such a quaint town-and a must visit!

Room tip: Upstairs Rooms for better views of the Harbor/Marina Area.

This was a terrific place to stay with high standards of friendly staff, recently remodeled/clean rooms, prompt service, terrific views, well maintained pool, good continental breakfast! Remember to ask front desk about points of interest such as whaling museum and other local historic sites. Quiet and restful!! there is a different hotel next door for food/bar with good music overhead if you like, or a short walk to town for plenty of shopping an dining choices or viewing of amazing yachts.

Room tip: ask for harbor view if you like!

Just spent several lovely days in Sag Harbor, and was able to reserve a bay-front room at the last minute. The Inn has been renovated and now offers up-to-date lodging with terrific plumbing: including new Kohler fixtures in bathroom, strong and steady water flow, not always available at beachfront Inns and B&B's, and sure does make for a comfortable stay. A lovely little outside porch facing the bay, a small fridge to store food and wine, good a/c, tv, spacious and the most accommodating and friendly staff. Easy walk to Main Street, and short drive to Shelter Island Ferry. Two negatives: walls pretty thin, so can often hear neighboring guests, and more importantly the mattress could be better. Otherwise, very happy with this choice and will stay again when I have the chance. Lovely little Town, great restaurants!

Room tip: Not sure, but maybe corner or end rooms a bit quieter

We were lucky enough to get a last minute reservation here and thought the place was very good for the price. Its not a five star hotel and doesn't claim to be so thats why I gave a very good. Rooms are large, with good air conditioning. Didn't notice any noise. I wouldn't call it a romantic hotel but it is clean, has a breakfast included, and most important is reasonably priced. You get a beach parking pass, Its a short walk to town of Sag Harbor. There is a pool which is not heated and freezing. I would say that is my only criticism . Otherwise a moderate priced hotel thats close to town, clean and nice
