Great location to town. Very helpful and friendly staff. Huge suite tastefully decorated. On site garage parking and great bar next door. We would definitely recommend to our friends and stay here again.

We came to Saratoga Springs almost by accident in a winter storm. We stayed at the Hampton downtown and fell in love. The staff, atmosphere, location and facilities seemed to anticipate our every wish

A location doesn't get more central for downtown Saratoga Springs than this Hampton Inn & Suites. The parking garage is a bonus, especially in winter and the breakfast had better than average options. Very spacious room with thoughtful amenities and furniture, from lots of outlets for this power-hungry age to chairs, couch, tables and desks (depending on room choice). The king size bed was a bit too squishy for my taste, but everyone is a bit different. The only small annoyances were the loud elevator beeps at every floor stop and the failure of the Hilton app. It indicated that I only had to tap to check out and skip stopping at the front desk, but when I did, it sent a message that I DID have to stop at the front desk for them to "check a few things," yet when I went to the desk and gave my room number and intention to check out, they just told me I was all set. So overall, no complaints other than irritating technology, which is pretty much unavoidable.
